Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern use of the Dobbeck Training Auto-Poster ("the App"), a personal automation tool operated by Ryan Dobbeck. The App is single-user and not offered to the public.

2. License

Ryan Dobbeck retains all rights to the App and its underlying code. No license is granted to third parties.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Use is at the operator's sole risk.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Ryan Dobbeck be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

5. Third-party services

The App integrates with TikTok via the Content Posting API, Composio for connected account management, and OpenRouter for content generation. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
